Thank you so much for organising the most wonderful wedding
day for us. From the moment we arrived we felt so calm and
relaxed knowing we were in such professional hands. The
attention to detail was amazing, the service was super – efficient yet
kind and understanding. We really experienced why you must be
so proud of your hotel and staff and why you have such a glowing
national and international reputation. A special thanks to house-keeping
who put the presidential suite back together
after 5 women got ready there on the morning of the wedding
‘no mean feat’!!
Also to what mast be the most patient of all Food &
Beverage managers – Neil Grant, your wisdom and experience shone
through to create a seamless gourmet affair with impeccable
timing. And without Monica where would we be? Probably stil
planning our wedding, thank you again for making all our
requests 2 reality and giving us sound advice and support, we
absolutely loved the band!
From the door staff, barmen, chefs, Benny the bag-piper and especially the charming Henry, you made our guests and
ourselves welcome to such a warm and friendly degree it will be remembered forever.
Our guests only complaint was they didn’t have enough time in
their beautiful rooms and will have to return to Ashford for
longer to see it all.

Thank you for an amazing wedding. I am very grateful for all
your hard work, dedication and organisational skills for our big day!
Everything about the day was magical thanks to all of you in
Ashford, from the food and flowers to the entertainment, everything was
fantastic. Antonio and I had a ball and so
too did our guests. I cannot thank you all enough and look
forward to coming back again (I need to find something else to celebrate
now on purpose!)

My husband Kevin, eldest son Aiden, and I were recently
guests at the hotel for my father, Brooke’s, wedding on July
1st. I am emailing today to say THANK YOU to each
and every staff member we encountered. Each and every
person-from the cleaning staff, to the falconry school, to the spa
(Steph), to the very special gents in the dining room, drawing
room, and bar (Gary, Fintan, Peter, Padraig, Martin,
Michael….. and everyone I may be forgetting!) was
AMAZING. All 3 of us were treated beautifully and you
all helped make Ashford Castle special for us.
It should also be mentioned that the wedding weekend itself
was wonderful….again, the special combination of amazing
place and lovely people!

We have just returned to London from an amazing weekend.
Thank you so much for all your help, not to mention patience(!), in
organising such a wonderful evening for my father's 80th. It really was
such a special occassion for him.
The rooms were wonderful & everyone at the Castle went out of their
way to make us all feel very comfortable.
The beef received ALOT of compliments, so please do pass that on to
Stefan. The menu cards caused alot of laughs - so thank you again for
helping me organise these, and for going out of your way to help us.
Please pass on my thanks to Robert & Martin. They both took such
good care of us all at dinner. I sadly couldn't find either of them the
following morning to say thank you, before we left .
Would you also kindly assure Robert that the majority of us all enjoyed
the red wine!!! (........he'll know what I mean!!!!)

Dear Mr. Rochford,
Back in Switzerland, we want to tell you how much we enjoyed
our stay in the Ashford Castle. Our fifth visit to the Castle was again a
full success. We want to express our thanks to the staff of the Castle
for its professionalism and kindness. We enjoyed very much our Suite 430
and hope we shall have the chance to get it again during our next stay,
probably in August 2011.
